What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle systems — engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and more
Perform maintenance services, inspections, and warranty repairs
Use factory tools, equipment, and online resources to ensure quality and accuracy
Work with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines
Follow all safety and manufacturer standards
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (CDJR experience a plus)
Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license 
Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

Express Lube Technician

Location: 5 Corners DCJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram)
Department: Service
Reports To: Service Manager / Shop Foreman
Job Summary:
The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and light repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position focuses on oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining dealership standards for quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections.
Check and top off all vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake, transmission, and windshield washer fluids.
Inspect belts, hoses, and other components for wear and recommend necessary services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
Communicate findings and vehicle status to the Service Advisor and/or Shop Foreman.
Adhere to all safety and manufacturer procedures.
Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Prior automotive experience preferred, but not required.
Willingness to learn and pursue manufacturer training and certifications.
